Submit, vote, and discuss ideas for Conveya

Currently, when you click on dashboard elements like a 'Red RAG Rating' or a training provider, nothing happens. To apply a filter, you need to manually open the filter menu, select the desired filter, and apply it. We propose making these dashboard elements clickable, so that the relevant filter is automatically applied when clicked. For example, if a user clicks the 'Green RAG' section in the RAG table, the dashboard will automatically update to display learners with a Green RAG status.

Give managers the ability to directly update training details such as course name and training provider contact information, without needing to submit a request through the Conveya helpdesk. This feature will provide greater flexibility and faster access to make necessary changes.

Currently, when you export data, the system includes all available information, even if you only need specific details. We understand that every user's needs are different, and sorting through unnecessary data can take time. That’s why we’re proposing an improvement to the export feature, allowing you to select only the information relevant to you — excluding all the extra data that you would normally export. This will make it easier to focus on what matters, save time, and streamline your reporting process

We run regular reports monthly, it would be great to have a saved function so all we would need to do each month is select this in place of having to select the same filters.

We have had a couple of learners who have had to withdraw because they have changed job role internally and they can no longer continue with the apprenticeship as they are no longer suitable as they can't demonstrate the skills expected of the standard. Can there be an extra option added to the withdrawal reasons: "Change in Job Role" or something like that?

We’re improving the Upload People feature to make it more intuitive and efficient. These updates will address key frustrations around error handling, duplicate records, and enrolment functionality.

We’re introducing the ability to send communications ad hoc, without the need for an associated movement. This new feature allows you to reach out to learners, supervisors, or other stakeholders whenever needed, providing greater flexibility in your communication.

The ability to leave comments between provider and employer would mean there would be a reduction in emails being sent between reporting windows. It would keep all comms on the platform. Any clarification on what support is needed from a report lacking detail could be gathered in the platform and not via endless emails.

We’re introducing the ability to export feedback data from a specific feedback automation. This feature will let you easily extract and review responses tied to a particular feedback automation, making it possible to analyse and act on the insights from an export.

You would have the ability to set up automated feedback and/or communication triggers based on your training course milestones, such as the start or end dates. These triggers would work alongside the current movement-based automation, giving you more flexibility to align communications with key points in your courses.

I Would be able to add forth coming apprentices to the platform which would require uploading their details before a ULN is available. To be able to track applications through and send automate comms from the system pre enrolment. However this is mandatory on the upload document.
